What's Next?

 

We will process your rental request and send you an email confirmation which will include your rental agreement for you to review, and a copy of your merchandise order usually.  Our target is to do so within one business day. Gathering the instrument and merchandise is a manual process, so please remember every school district is doing this at the same time, and we are processing reservations as quickly as we can. 

We have  all the necessary accessories and books that your child will need for class. If you indicated you wanted them added to your order, they will be ready for you, but you can change your order any time. Since some individual teachers have special requests that deviate from the District's general guidelines, it is always best if you bring your list with you, that way we can double check and be certain that you will have everything you need.

If you are concerned that things may change at school in any way, no- worries.  This is only a reservation.  We have collected no money and you can cancel any time.

Safe Pickup Options

If you are renting during a Covid-19 phase that is recommending or requiring social distancing- no problem.  We have a new, shortened, social distancing friendly pickup process.  Essentially, your rental contract will be ready to sign, your instrument and accessories and books will be pre-packaged and all you have to do is sign and swipe your card to pay when you arrive.  We can also do curbside delivery if you want it.

TIP: Saturday morning and early afternoon can be extremely busy especially with this new process.  Picking up your rental during the week will save you some time.  Check our store hours shown below, we are closed on Friday and Sunday.

Identification and Payment Details

You will need to swipe or insert your credit card and verify your drivers license information, so please be sure to bring them with you when you pick up your instrument.  We cannot process your rental without that information, and the credit card must belong to the person renting the instrument.

Remember to check your email for your contract and order confirmation before you come over for pickup. It will contain your order number that will allow us to quickly find your order when you come to pickup.

Thanks again, and you can look forward to seeing a notification that your order is ready for pickup, normally within one business day from now.
